Registration fee on the day of the conference: $50.00

Cash will only be accepted on the day of the conference.

Cancellation Policy: In the event a conference registration is cancelled on or before October 7th, 2008, the registration fee will be refunded less a $10 processing charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after October 7th, 2008.

Due to limited space available for workshops, we ask that you provide us with a first and second workshop choice. All efforts will be made to assign everyone to their first workshop choice. However, assignments will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
