Mr. Kyle Knight - Human Rights Watch Researcher and 2013 Visiting International Fellow at the Williams Institute, UCLA School of Law

Mr. Kamal Fizazi - Independent consultant. Previously worked as a program officer for Africa and the Middle East for the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission.
