Event Description:
An overview of the Manhattan District Attorney Office's efforts to combat cybercrime and identity theft.

David has served in the criminal division of the U.S. Justice Department and as the director of the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. In 2010, David became the chief of the Manhattan DA’s Cybercrime and Identity Theft Bureau. The Bureau is tasked with prosecuting all types of cybercrime, ranging from cyber stalking and child pornography cases to computer intrusions, malware and identity theft. In November, David was appointed Chief of the Investigation Division.  David received a law degree in 1997 from Hofstra University School of Law.
