Dear Colleagues:

On Thursday January 25th at 8:30pm the college’s anti-spam system Proofpoint is scheduled to be upgraded to the latest version (4.3). During the upgrade users will experience intermittent email outages. The upgrade process is likely to last for 5-6 hours.

This upgrade includes new features to allow DOIT new means to mitigate the ever increasing volume of unsolicited commercial email (spam) sent to campus users.
