Recently the Colleges’ anti-spam system was upgraded to the latest software version. With the new tools and functions now available, we are pleased to report that more spam is being captured as it enters the campus network. In the weeks since the upgrade, the amount of spam caught by the system has grown by 2%. That is an increase of approximately 128,000 messages per month being collected before they enter into our email inboxes. Thank you for your cooperation during this critical upgrade. If you have any questions or comments please contact the DoIT helpdesk at extension 8200.
