RE: Telephones & PBX Upgrade and Voice over IP Installation –UPDATES!

• Installation will begin tonight Friday, March 30 th from 6 pm until Monday, April 2 nd 8 am

• All voicemail messages, personal greetings, departmental greetings and distribution lists for users in North Hall and Haaren Hall will be lost.

• Personal and departmental voicemail greetings can be recreated Monday using the initial voicemail password of “111”. You will be prompted to change the default password at this time.

• A helpdesk with trainers is available to help users with the transition starting Monday April 2 nd by dialing “HELP” (x4357).
