Tarun Banerjee, Ph.D., won
the Russel Sage
Foundation-Gates Foundation Pipeline Grant for
Emerging Scholars. Banerjee will examine the role of the Civil
Rights Movement in the implementation of the War on Poverty in the
1960s.
Rachel Marshall was named the new
Director of the Institute for Innovation in Prosecution (IIP).
Marshall previously served as Director of Communications and Policy
Advisor, as well as an Assistant District Attorney, at the San
Francisco District Attorney’s Office.
