Professor Adam Berlin’s Non-Fiction Piece on the Freedom Tower Published in the New York Press

Professor Adam Berlin in the Department of English had his a non-fiction piece published in the New York Press titled, “Walking to the Freedom Tower.” Berlin is the author of the novels Belmondo Style (St. Martin’s Press, 2004), winner of The Publishing Triangle’s 2005 Ferro-Grumley award for best novel, and Headlock (Algonquin Books of Chapel Hill, 2000). His stories and poetry have appeared in numerous journals. He co-edits, with Jeffrey Heiman, J Journal: New Writing on Justice, John Jay’s literary journal. He received his MFA from Brooklyn College. His new novel The Number of Missing (Spuyten Duyvil press) is about post-9/11 New York City.
