Ann Jacobs, Director of the Prisoner Reentry Institute and principle investigator of a report John Jay recently published on three-quarter houses was quoted in the Al Jazeera America article, “The dangerous zone between a halfway house and freedom,” by Maura Ewing. The article examines the unsafe living conditions of publicly funded three-quarter houses in New York City.
