Associate Dean Larry Sullivan’s New Book on Jewish Gangsters Featured in New York Times

Larry Sullivan, associate dean and chief librarian at John Jay, discussed his new book, The Brownsville Boys: Jewish Gangsters of Murder, Inc., in a New York Times profile. The collector’s edition includes original color etchings of 20th century Jewish gangsters from Brooklyn.

An exhibition on the book is will be on display in the President’s Gallery on the sixth-floor in Haaren Hall until May 30, 2014.
