Professor Karin Martin Shines New Light on Ferguson, Mo. In New York Times “Letter to the Editor”

Assistant Professor Karin Martin of the Department of Public Management had her letter to the editor, “In Ferguson, a System of Injustice Through Fines,” published in The New York Times. In the letter, Martin suggests that the system of fines in place in Ferguson, Mo., “violates the fundamental tenet of proportionality in our criminal justice system.” Click here  to read the entire letter.
