President Jeremy Travis was interviewed on WTTW’s “Chicago Tonight,” a public affairs news program, and on WBEZ 91.5’s “Afternoon Shift,” a Chicago Public Radio station, about the National Research Council’s Committee on Law and Justice report titled, “The Growth of Incarceration in the United States: Exploring Causes and Consequences.” He discussed the report findings on the effects of high imprisonment rates on public safety, crime prevention and communities.
