The ONE STOP Services area at John Jay College of Criminal Justice opened its doors April 16th, 2007. It is located in the lobby of the North Hall Building. The ONE STOP is a fairly new concept in higher education where services are consolidated; therefore allowing the students to conduct multiple department functions in one central location.
The ONE STOP at John Jay College provides Admissions, Bursar, Registrar, as well as Financial Aid, and Testing services and functions in one convenient location. The ONE STOP is a fast paced, high volume office that provides friendly, quality, and accurate in person information to students, faculty, staff and the community in general. We are the face of John Jay to anyone that walks into the North Hall building seeking assistance.
The Enrollment Management Call Center has been operational for three years and is an extension of the ONE STOP Services area. Assistance to students is provided via the phone at (212) 663-7867or through email at onestop@jjay.cuny.edu
The staffs in both areas are highly trained in all areas of Enrollment Management. They keep abreast not only of constantly changing Federal and State Financial Aid regulations, but also Registrar, Admissions, Testing and Bursar policies and developments. Customer service skills training is of the utmost importance in maintaining a high level of quality customer service in a student centered operation. Training in this area is ongoing for all staff members because we are committed to quality service. We assist students with general questions and information, as well as more involved transactions. We look forward to helping make your experience at John Jay College of Criminal Justice a positive and rewarding one.
