LAW 350. Introduction to Legal Research An introduction to the resources and techniques of basic legal research. The course focuses on locating and analyzing case law, statutory law, and administrative law. Legal periodicals, treatises, and other secondary sources will also be examined. The course introduces computer legal research and teaches the skills required in drafting a memorandum of law. (Offered every semester.) 3 hours,  3 credits Prerequisites: English 102. In addition: English 250 or Speech 285.
