PSC 223. Personnel Administration and Supervision The essentials of personnel management and fundamentals of supervision and leadership as applied to administration. Consideration of supervisory problems with a police/security system. Application of labor relations to effective performance. Topics include discipline, motivation, training, job classification, salary standards, and promotion. (Offered every semester.) 3 hours,  3 credits Prerequisites: English 101. In addition: Police Science 101, or for Criminal Justice majors, Criminal Justice 101.
